Pet Policy

The Vale at the Park is a pet-friendly community! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $50 per pet per month. There is a $500 one-time pet fee for one pet and an additional $300 for a second pet. We do not have weight restrictions. Exotic animals such as fish, hamsters, birds, turtles, and rabbits are allowed. Fish tanks must not exceed 20 gallons. Fees only apply to cats and dogs. The following breeds and/or mix breeds are prohibited: Akita, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Briard, Borzoi Hounds, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pincher, Dogo, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Great Pyrenees, Husky, Irish Wolf Hound, Komondor, Malamute, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Scottish Deerhound, Spitz, St. Bernard, Stafford Terrier, Presa Canarios, Shar pei, Toso Inu and Wolf-Dog Hybrids.
