Home Detail
Each apartment undergoes a meticulous detailing process, guided by a checklist of more than 70 items.
Sanctuary Seal
Once the apartment has been detailed and cleaned, a seal is placed on the door for added assurance on move-in day
30-Day Guarantee
If for any reason a new resident is not 100% satisfied, they can move out penalty-free within 30 days.
